1. Insert a Worksheet

Entry path: the + (Add) button on the right side of the worksheet tab bar

  1. Open the spreadsheet file that you want to edit.
  2. Find the + (Add) button on the right side of the worksheet tab bar.
  3. Tap the + (Add) button.
  4. Wait for WPS to create a new blank worksheet.

Success Criteria

  • What you should see: a new worksheet tab appears in the worksheet tab bar.
  • What you can do next: switch to the new worksheet and start entering or editing content.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: make sure you tap the add button on the worksheet tab bar, not another editing control.

2. Delete a Worksheet

Entry path: worksheet floating toolbar → Delete

  1. Open the spreadsheet file that you want to edit.
  2. Tap the worksheet tab that you want to remove to bring up the floating toolbar.
  3. Select Delete on the floating toolbar.
  4. Continue in the confirmation prompt to finish deleting the worksheet.

Success Criteria

  • What you should see: the deleted worksheet tab disappears from the workbook.
