How-to Guide
1. Insert Images
Entry point: Tools → Insert → Picture over Cells / Picture in Cell
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Insert tab.
- Tap Picture over Cells or Picture in Cell.
- Select an image source: Camera, Photos, Recent, or Documents.
- Select the image you want to insert.
- If you choose Picture over Cells, the image appears above the cells. If you choose Picture in Cell, the image is embedded in the cell and fits the cell size.

- UI state: The selected image appears in the current worksheet.
- Next actions: You can continue to select the image for editing, moving, or switching picture type.
Tips While Using
- Common mistakes: If Camera or Photos permission is not granted, importing from that source may fail.

2. Edit Images
Entry point: Floating image toolbar → Image Edit
- Tap the inserted image to open the floating toolbar.
- Tap Image Edit on the toolbar.
- Continue with the editing options shown on the current screen.

- UI state: The image editing screen or image editing entry is visible.
- Next actions: You can continue processing the current image.
Tips While Using
- Common mistakes: If the image is not selected first, the floating toolbar will not appear.
3. Adjust Image Position and Size
Entry point: Drag the image and its control points directly
- Select the inserted image.
- Drag the image to adjust its position in the sheet.
- Drag the control points on the image border to adjust its size.
- Tap anywhere outside the image to finish.
- If the current picture is Picture in Cell, it stays embedded in the cell and remains fixed with that cell position.

- UI state: The image position or size changes as expected.

Tips While Using
- Common mistakes: If you try to drag a Picture in Cell like a floating picture, its behavior is still constrained by the cell.
4. Switch Between Picture over Cells and Picture in Cell

- Tap the inserted image to open the floating toolbar.
- Tap Picture over Cells or Picture in Cell on the toolbar.
- Complete the picture type switch.

- UI state: The image is displayed as either a floating picture or an in-cell picture, based on your selection.
