1. Open the shortcut panel
Entry path: Efficiency tab → Hotkey
- Click the Efficiency tab at the top of the window.
- Find the Hotkey button in the toolbar.
- Click Hotkey.
- Check the Hotkey panel on the right side of the interface.
- If needed, enter a keyword in the search box at the top of the panel.
Success Criteria
- The Hotkey panel appears on the right side.
- A search box is visible at the top of the panel.
- You can continue browsing or searching for commands.
Tips While Using
- If you are not in Sheets collaboration mode, the entry location may differ.
- If the current window is not active, clicks or keyboard actions may not respond immediately.
2. View the shortcut list
Entry path: Right-side Hotkey panel
- Open the shortcut panel first.
- Review the default Common shortcut category.
- Scroll down to browse more categories such as edit, format, data, and view.
- Enter a feature name such as Copy or Paste in the search box.
- Check the matching shortcut combination in the results.
- Return to the spreadsheet and use the shortcut as needed.
Success Criteria
- Shortcut categories are visible in the panel.
- A keyword search can locate the related command.
- You can continue your spreadsheet work with the listed shortcut.
Tips While Using
- The shortcut panel is a read-only list and does not let you change shortcut settings here.
