How-to Guide
1. Hide a Sheet
Entry point: Tap a worksheet tab → Hide
- Tap the worksheet tab that you want to hide to open the floating toolbar.
- In the floating toolbar, tap Hide.
- The selected worksheet is hidden and no longer appears in the top tab bar.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the selected worksheet tab disappears from the visible tab bar.
- Next action available: you can continue viewing or editing the remaining visible worksheets.
- Data status: the hidden worksheet data stays in the workbook.
Tips While Using
- At least one worksheet must remain visible in the workbook.
- Hiding a sheet does not delete its data.
- If only one visible worksheet remains, that sheet cannot be hidden.
2. Unhide Sheets
Entry point: Tap another visible worksheet tab → Unhide
- Tap any other visible worksheet tab to open the floating toolbar.
- In the floating toolbar, tap Unhide.
- All hidden worksheets are restored and appear again in the top tab bar.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: previously hidden worksheets appear again in the tab bar.
- Next action available: you can switch to a restored worksheet and continue editing.
- Data status: worksheet content remains unchanged after it is shown again.
Tips While Using
- Unhide works when the workbook still has another visible worksheet available for access.
- If no sheets are hidden, the option may be unavailable or may not change the workbook view.
- After restoring sheets, you can hide selected sheets again as needed.
