1. Hide Rows and Columns

Entry path: Tools → Home → Rows & Columns → Hide

  1. Open your WPS spreadsheet file and select the row numbers or column headers that you want to hide.
  2. Tap the Tools tab at the bottom.
  3. Open the Home menu and tap Rows & Columns.
  4. Tap Hide in the expanded options.
  5. If you want to hide multiple rows or columns, long-press and drag to select multiple targets first, then apply the hide action.
