1. Hide Rows and Columns
Entry path: Tools → Home → Rows & Columns → Hide
- Open your WPS spreadsheet file and select the row numbers or column headers that you want to hide.
- Tap the Tools tab at the bottom.
- Open the Home menu and tap Rows & Columns.
- Tap Hide in the expanded options.
- If you want to hide multiple rows or columns, long-press and drag to select multiple targets first, then apply the hide action.

2. Manage Hidden Rows and Columns
Entry path: Select the adjacent rows or columns around the hidden area → Tools → Home → Rows & Columns → Manage Hidden Rows and Columns
- Select the rows or columns on both sides of the hidden area.
- Tap the Tools tab at the bottom.
- Open the Home menu and tap Rows & Columns.
- Tap Manage Hidden Rows and Columns.
- Choose whether to manage hidden rows or hidden columns, or use options such as unhide one item or unhide all.
