  1. Open a spreadsheet file in WPS Office on Android.
  2. Tap the Tools button at the bottom.
  3. Switch to the View tab.
  4. Find the Hide Grid Lines toggle.
  5. Turn the toggle on to hide grid lines, or turn it off to show grid lines.
  6. Keep the display state that fits your current review, editing, or screenshot task.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The default worksheet cell dividers are shown or hidden based on the current toggle state.
  • What you can do next: You can continue editing, reviewing, taking screenshots, or applying cell borders.
  • No side effect: Manually applied cell borders remain visible when the grid line display state changes.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Do not confuse worksheet grid lines with manually applied cell borders, because they are controlled differently.
  • Environment note: You need to be inside a spreadsheet editing view. This entry does not appear in other document types.
