How-to Guide
1. Turn on Eye Care Mode
Entry: View tab → Eye Care Mode
- Open the document that you want to read or edit.
- Click the View tab.
- Click Eye Care Mode.
- The document background changes to a soft light green.
- Click Eye Care Mode again to turn it off.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The document background appears in a soft light green tone.
- What you can do next: You can continue viewing, editing, saving, and printing the document.
- No side effects: Document content and cell fill remain unchanged.
Tips While Using
- Eye Care Mode changes only the on-screen display.
- When you turn it off, the normal background returns.
- Print output is not affected.
2. Turn it on or off from the status bar
Entry: Status bar → Eye Care Mode icon
- Open a document and look at the status bar at the bottom of the window.
- Find the Eye Care Mode icon.
- Click the icon to turn Eye Care Mode on.
- Click it again to return to the normal display.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The document switches between normal display and Eye Care display.
- What you can do next: You can switch modes without leaving the current editing view.
- No side effects: The current document content and print settings stay the same.
Tips While Using
- If the icon is not visible, confirm that you are in a normal document editing window.
