1. Turn Eye Care Mode on or off from the View tab

Entry: View → Eye Care Mode

1. Open a worksheet in WPS Spreadsheet.
2. Click the View tab.
3. Click Eye Care Mode.
4. The worksheet background changes to a soft light green display.
5. To turn it off, click Eye Care Mode again.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: the worksheet background changes to a soft green display, or returns to the normal display after you click again.
• You can continue working: you can keep viewing, editing, and saving the current spreadsheet.

Tips While Using

• Eye Care Mode affects only the on-screen display and does not affect printing.
• This feature does not change cell fill colors or highlighted content.

2. Turn Eye Care Mode on or off from the status bar icon

Entry: Status bar → Eye Care Mode icon

1. Open a worksheet in WPS Spreadsheet.
2. Find the Eye Care Mode icon in the status bar.
3. Click the icon to turn on Eye Care Mode.
4. Click the icon again to turn it off.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: after you click the icon, the worksheet background changes to a soft green display, and clicking again restores the normal display.
• You can continue working: you can keep reviewing or editing the current worksheet.

Tips While Using

• In collaboration mode, this setting affects only the current user.
• Brightness cannot currently be adjusted inside Eye Care Mode itself.
