1. Export as Numeric Table
Entry: Top menu bar More → More Output Conversion → Export as Numeric Table
- Open a workbook that contains formulas in WPS on your Android device.
- Tap More on the top menu bar, then select More Output Conversion.
- Tap Export as Numeric Table.
- Review the automatically detected worksheet count and total formula count.
- Confirm the export and tap Start Output.
- Wait for WPS to generate a new spreadsheet document in which formulas are replaced with values.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the export flow opens and shows the worksheet count and total formula count.
- Next action available: a new spreadsheet document is created for viewing, saving, or sharing.
- No side effect: the original file stays unchanged and still keeps its formulas.
Tips While Using
- Membership: this feature requires WPS Premium access, so make sure the signed-in account has the needed membership.
- Common mistake: if the workbook has no formulas that need conversion, the exported result may look similar to the original sheet, but the new file will not keep formulas.
- Result behavior: values in the exported spreadsheet no longer stay linked to the original workbook formulas.
