1. Export a long image or card image from Share

Entry: top menu bar → Share → Share as Long Image

  1. Open the spreadsheet file you want to process.
  2. Tap Share in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Share as Long Image.
  4. Choose Export as Long Image or Export Card Image.
  5. Adjust Page Settings, Background, Watermark, and Bottom Card as needed.
  6. Tap Save to store the generated image locally, or tap Share to choose a destination.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can preview the generated long image or card image.
  • Next action available: You can save the image locally or send it through apps such as chat, collaboration, or email.

Tips While Using

  • Membership: Some related options require a membership.
  • Common mistake: If you do not choose the image type first, the output may not match the format you expect.
  • Environment note: Sharing to external apps requires network access and an available target app.

2. Export an image after selecting an area in Share as Long Image

Entry: top menu bar → Share → Share as Long Image

  1. Open the spreadsheet file you want to process.
  2. Tap Share in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Share as Long Image.
  4. Select the screenshot area or a specific sheet, then tap Next.
  5. Adjust Page Settings, Background, Watermark, and Bottom Card.
  6. Tap Save to save the image, or tap Share to send it.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The preview shows only the selected area or selected sheet.
  • Next action available: You can continue to save or share the exported image.

Tips While Using

  • Membership: Some related options require a membership.
  • Common mistake: If the screenshot area is not selected correctly, the exported result may include unwanted content.

3. Generate an image from Export as Image in More

Entry: top menu bar → More → Export as Image

  1. Open the spreadsheet file you want to process.
  2. Tap More in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Export as Image in the pop-up panel.
  4. Choose Export as Long Image or Export Card Image.
  5. Tap Save to store the generated image locally.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The image is generated and can be saved locally.
  • Next action available: You can view the exported image in Photos or the selected file location.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you open a different menu path, you may not find the Export as Image entry.
