How-to Guide
1. Create a Copy
Entry point: Worksheet floating toolbar → Copy
- Tap the worksheet tab that you want to copy to open the floating toolbar.
- Tap Copy in the floating toolbar.
- Check the area after the current worksheet to find the newly created duplicate.
- Rename or edit the duplicate as needed.
- The copied sheet name automatically adds a number after the original name, such as (1), (2), or (3).
Success Criteria
- UI state: A new worksheet with the same content appears after the original worksheet.
- Next actions: You can continue editing, renaming, or moving the new duplicate.
- No side effects: Changes made in the duplicate do not directly change the original worksheet.
Tips While Using
- Common mistakes: If you do not tap the worksheet tab first, the related floating toolbar may not appear.
- Environment limits: If the file is in a restricted state, some editing actions may be affected by current file permissions.
