Entry: Long-press a worksheet tab → Copy Worksheet
- Open the spreadsheet file you want to work with.
- Find the worksheet tab you want to copy at the bottom of the screen.
- Long-press that worksheet tab.
- Select Copy Worksheet from the pop-up menu.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new worksheet copy appears in the worksheet tab list.
- Next action available: You can switch to the new worksheet and continue viewing or editing it.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Make sure you long-press the worksheet tab instead of a cell area.
- Environment note: The file needs at least one visible worksheet tab.
2. Check whether the copied worksheet is complete
Entry: Open the newly created worksheet copy
- Tap the new worksheet copy tab.
- Check whether the cell content matches the original worksheet.
- Check whether formulas, formatting, and comments are still present.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The copied worksheet shows the same layout and data arrangement as the original.
- Next action available: You can continue entering, editing, or saving content in the copied worksheet.

- Open the worksheet copy you created.
- Change cell content, formulas, or formatting in the copied worksheet.
- Switch back to the original worksheet for comparison.
- Confirm that the original worksheet has not changed.
