1. Insert a Column Chart
Entry path: Insert tab → Chart → Column Chart
- Select the cell range that contains your data, making sure it includes both category labels and numeric values.
- Click the Insert tab and choose Column Chart.
- Select a specific subtype, such as a clustered column chart or a stacked column chart.
- The chart is created automatically. You can then drag it to adjust its position and size.
- If you need to change chart elements or data, right-click the chart and choose Edit Chart.
