1. Insert a Chart
Entry: Tools → Insert → Chart
- Select the cell range that contains your data, including category headers and values.
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Insert tab.
- Tap Chart.
- Choose a chart type such as line, column, pie, bar, or scatter.
- Choose a specific chart style.
- The chart is inserted into the current worksheet automatically.

2. Edit a Chart
Entry: Tap the chart floating toolbar → Modify
- Tap the inserted chart to open the floating toolbar.
- Tap Modify on the toolbar.
- Change the chart type, switch the chart style, change the color, or switch rows and columns as needed.
- Tap another area of the sheet to exit editing mode.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the chart updates based on the selected style, color, or row and column setting.
- Next action available: you can continue editing the sheet or reopen chart modification.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: the floating toolbar does not appear until the chart is selected first.
