1. Batch export spreadsheet images
Entry path: Top menu icon → More Output & Conversion → Batch Extract Images
- Open the spreadsheet that contains images.
- Tap the top menu icon.
- Tap More Output & Conversion.
- Select Batch Extract Images.
- Wait while WPS scans the current file and generates an image preview list.
- Select the images you want to extract, or choose all if needed.
- Tap Extract to save the images to local storage on your device.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can see a preview list of detected images and select the ones you need.
- Next action available: After you tap Extract, the images are saved successfully to local storage.
- Result location: Exported image files can usually be checked in the local
DCIM/WPSpath.
Tips While Using
- Membership: Check the in-app membership badge before you start.
- Storage: A large number of high-resolution images can use significant device storage.
- Export result: Extracted images are standalone files and no longer stay linked to the original spreadsheet.
- Processing time: Scanning and export may take longer when the file contains many images.
