1. Apply the Form Effect from the Ribbon
Entry path: Edit tab → Edit Content → Text Edit → Form
- Open the PDF file you want to edit.
- Click the Edit tab on the top menu bar.
- Click Edit Content to enter content editing mode.
- Click Text Edit on the toolbar to switch to text editing mode.
- Select the text you want to format.
- Click the Form button on the toolbar to apply the form effect.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: The selected text shows the form effect.
- What you can do next: You can continue selecting other text and repeat the action, or save the file.
Tips While Using
- Enter text editing mode before selecting the target text.

2. Apply the Form Effect from the Floating Toolbar
Entry path: Floating toolbar after selecting text → Form
- Open the PDF and enter Text Edit mode.
- Select the text you want to format.
- In the floating toolbar that appears above the text, click Form.
- Check whether the current text now shows the form effect.
