Why is the Comment button grayed out or unavailable?

  1. Confirm that the PDF is already in Edit Content mode.
  2. Click Text Edit to make sure text editing mode is active.
  3. Select specific text and then check whether Comment becomes available.
  4. If the button is still unavailable, check whether your account has PDF editing membership access.

How do I remove a comment effect that has already been applied?

  1. In text editing mode, select the text that already has the comment effect.
  2. Click Comment again.
  3. Confirm that the text returns to the state without that effect.
  4. Save the document if you want to keep the updated result.

Can I combine this effect with other text formatting?

  1. Select the target text first.
  2. In text editing mode, click other formatting commands as needed.
  3. Combine it with bold, italic, underline, or other text effects if required.
  4. Check the final display result to make sure it matches your needs.
