How-to Guide

1. Use the ribbon path

Entry path: Edit tab → Edit Content → Text Edit → Print

  1. Click the Edit tab on the top menu bar.
  2. Click Edit Content to enter content editing mode.
  3. Click Text Edit on the toolbar to switch to text editing mode.
  4. Select the text content you want to work with.
  5. Click the Print button on the toolbar to apply the current effect.

Success Check

  • Interface result: the selected text completes the current action.
  • Next step: you can continue selecting other text and repeat the setup.

  • Enter text editing mode before starting this workflow.
  • Select the target text first, or the related button may be unavailable.

2. Use the floating toolbar

Entry path: Floating toolbar above selected text → Print

  1. In text editing mode, select the text content you want to work with.
  2. Wait for the floating toolbar to appear above the selected text.
  3. Click the Print button on the floating toolbar to apply the current effect.

Success Check

  • Interface result: the floating toolbar is visible and the button can be clicked.
  • Next step: you can select other text and continue processing.

Notes

  • If you do not see the floating toolbar, first confirm that text is selected.
  • If the button is unavailable, confirm that you are still in text editing mode.

3. Remove an applied result

Entry path: Select processed text → Print

  1. Select the text content that already has the current effect applied.
  2. Click the Print button on the toolbar or floating toolbar.
  3. Check whether the current effect has been removed or restored to the expected state.

Success Check

  • Interface result: the current effect on the target text is removed or changed accordingly.
  • Next step: you can apply another text-handling effect again if needed.

Notes

  • Before removing the effect, confirm that you selected text that already has the effect applied.
  • If the content comes from scanned text, OCR may be needed before editing.
