Why are some options in the File menu unavailable?

  1. Make sure a PDF file is already open.

How do I save the current PDF quickly?

  1. Open the PDF file you want to save.
  2. Click Save on the menu bar.
  3. If you prefer the keyboard, you can also press Ctrl+S.

Can I redo an action after using Undo?

  2. If you want to restore that action, click Redo.
