Is the video file embedded in the PDF?

  1. After insertion, the video appears inside the PDF document.
  2. After saving the document, reopen the file and check whether the video object is still present.

What should I do if the recipient cannot play the video after sharing?

  1. Confirm that the document was saved correctly and that the video plays normally on your device.
