How-to Guide
1. Insert Preset Stamps
Entry path: Edit tab → Stamp
- Open the PDF file that you want to work on.
- Click the Edit tab on the top menu bar.
- Click the Stamp button on the toolbar.
- In the stamp panel, select a preset stamp such as WITNESS, SIGN HERE, INITIAL HERE, ✓, ✗, APPROVED, NOT APPROVED, or VOID.
- Click the target position on the page to place the stamp.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected stamp appears on the PDF page.
- Next action available: You can continue inserting more stamps or adjust the current stamp.
Tips While Using
- Membership: Make sure your account has PDF editing access before you insert stamps.
- Common issue: If you do not switch to the Edit tab, the stamp entry may not appear.
2. Add Custom Stamps
Entry path: Stamp panel → Click to Add
- Open the PDF file, then click Stamp on the Edit tab.
- In the Custom Stamp area, click Click to Add.
- Select a stamp type: Round Stamp, Rectangular Stamp, or Import Image.
- Set the stamp content and style as needed.
- Save the stamp, then click on the page to place it.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The new custom stamp appears in the stamp panel or on the page.
- Next action available: You can reuse the custom stamp later.
Tips While Using
- Common issue: Before importing an image, check that the image is clear and complete.
- Limit: You can add up to 15 custom stamps.
3. Adjust Stamp Position and Size
Entry path: Click an inserted stamp
- Click the inserted stamp on the PDF page to select it.
- Drag the stamp to move it.
- Drag the resize handles around the stamp to change its size.
- Press Delete if you want to remove the stamp.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The stamp position or size updates as expected.
- Next action available: You can continue editing other stamps or save the document.
Tips While Using
- Common issue: If the stamp is not selected first, dragging on the page will not move it.
- Document check: After adjustment, check whether the stamp covers body text or signature areas.
