Why can’t I find the Stamp button?

  1. Make sure the file you opened is a PDF file rather than another document format.
  2. Click the Edit tab and check whether Stamp appears on the toolbar.
  3. Confirm that your account has the required membership access for PDF editing.
  4. If the button still does not appear, update WPS Office and reopen the file.

How many custom stamps can I add?

  1. WPS PDF supports up to 15 custom stamps.
  2. If you have reached the limit, remove custom stamps that you no longer need.
  3. Then return to the stamp panel and add a new custom stamp.

How do I delete a custom stamp?

  1. Open the Stamp panel.
  2. Find the custom stamp that you want to remove.
  3. Right-click the custom stamp.
  4. Select Delete to remove it.

Do stamps change the original document content?

  1. Stamps appear as separate markup elements on the PDF page.
  2. They do not directly rewrite the original body text.
  3. When you adjust stamp placement, check that the stamp does not cover important content.
