When using Simplified-Traditional Conversion, the most common questions fall into 3 areas: unchanged text after conversion, limits on batch processing, and checks before conversion; this section includes 3 FAQs.

FAQ

Why does some text stay unchanged after conversion?

  1. Check whether the unchanged content contains proper nouns or special characters, because some items may not be converted directly.
  2. Confirm whether the document came from another converted file, because some fonts may not support certain characters or radicals.
  3. Correct the affected text manually if needed, then run the conversion again.

Can I batch convert multiple documents at once?

  1. Batch conversion for multiple documents is currently not supported.
  2. If you need to process several files, open them one by one and run the conversion separately.
  3. After conversion, review key terms and proper nouns in each file.

What should I check before conversion?

  1. Save the document first so you can return to the original content if needed.
  2. Formatting is preserved during conversion, but region-specific wording should still be reviewed manually.
  3. For important files, test the conversion on a small section before converting more content.
