1. Accept a Change

Feature path: Tools → Review → turn on Show Changes → tap a revision → Accept

1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
2. Select the Review tab.
3. Turn on Show Changes.
4. Tap the revision you want to process.
5. Tap Accept in the pop-up window.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The selected revision is kept in the document body.
• Next step available: You can continue reviewing the next revision.

Tips While Using

• If Show Changes is off, the revision may not be easy to identify or process directly.

2. Reject a Change

Feature path: Tools → Review → turn on Show Changes → tap a revision → Reject

1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
2. Select the Review tab.
3. Turn on Show Changes.
4. Tap the revision you want to process.
5. Tap Reject in the pop-up window.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The selected revision is removed and the original content is restored.
• Next step available: You can continue checking other revisions.

Tips While Using

• After you reject a revision, that edit is not kept in the final document body.

3. Accept a Change in Classic Mode

Feature path: Tools → Review → turn on View Comments and Changes in Classic Mode → tap a revision → Accept

1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
2. Select the Review tab.
3. Turn on View Comments and Changes in Classic Mode.
4. Tap a revision in the panel on the right side.
5. Tap Accept. The icon is a green check mark.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The selected revision in the side panel is accepted.
• Next step available: You can continue processing other revisions in classic mode.

Tips While Using

• In classic mode, revisions are mainly reviewed from the panel on the right side.

4. Reject a Change in Classic Mode

Feature path: Tools → Review → turn on View Comments and Changes in Classic Mode → tap a revision → Reject

1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
2. Select the Review tab.
3. Turn on View Comments and Changes in Classic Mode.
4. Tap a revision in the panel on the right side.
5. Tap Reject. The icon is a red X.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The selected revision in the side panel is rejected.
• Next step available: You can continue processing other revisions in classic mode.

Tips While Using

• If you prefer a concentrated review list, classic mode can be easier to follow.

5. Accept All Changes

Feature path: Tools → Review → turn on Show Changes → Accept All Changes

1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
2. Select the Review tab.
3. Turn on Show Changes.
4. Tap Accept All Changes.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: All revisions in the document are accepted.
• Next step available: You can continue saving, sharing, or finalizing the document.

Tips While Using

• This batch action affects every revision in the document, so confirm that you no longer need item-by-item review first.

6. Reject All Changes

Feature path: Tools → Review → turn on Show Changes → Reject All Changes

1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
2. Select the Review tab.
3. Turn on Show Changes.
4. Tap Reject All Changes.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: All revisions in the document are rejected.
• Next step available: You can continue checking whether the document body has returned to the expected state.

Tips While Using

• Batch rejection removes all tracked revisions and is useful when you want to roll back the full set of edits.
