FAQ

Why can’t I find the Envelope entry?

  1. Make sure you are working in WPS Writer rather than Spreadsheet or Presentation.
  2. Check the top ribbon and open the Insert tab.
  3. Look for the Envelope entry in that tab.
  4. If the interface does not display normally, update WPS Office and check again.

What should I do if the envelope prints in the wrong position?

  1. Return to the Options area in the envelope dialog box or the print settings window.
  2. Check whether the selected envelope size matches the actual paper.
  3. Adjust the feed method, face direction, and scale-to-paper-size settings.
  4. Print a test copy first, then continue with the final print after the position looks correct.

Can I hide the return address?

  1. Open Insert > Envelope.
  2. Enter the delivery address.
  3. In the return address settings, choose the option to omit it.
  4. Preview the result before printing or adding it to the document.

How do I save the return address as the default?

  1. Enter the return address in the envelope dialog box.
  2. Click to add the envelope to the document or continue as prompted.
  3. When the prompt asks whether to save the address as the default, confirm it.
