1. Change the Username
Entry path: Tools → Review tab → Change Username button
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Review tab.
- Tap Change Username.
- Enter the username in the pop-up dialog box. The name you enter will be shown in revision and comment balloons.
- Tap OK to save the change.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: The dialog box closes and the username is updated.
- What you can do next: New revisions and comments can show the updated username.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not open the Review tab first, you may not see the Change Username entry.
- Scope: The updated name mainly affects later displayed usernames, so it is helpful to set it before starting review work.
