1. Change the user name
Entry: Tools → Review → Change User Name
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Review tab.
- Tap Change User Name.
- In the dialog box, enter the user name you want to use. The name you enter will be shown in tracked changes and comment boxes.
- Tap OK to save the change.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the dialog box closes and the user name setting is saved.
- Next action available: new comments or tracked changes can show the updated user name.
Tips While Using
- It is recommended to update the user name before you start adding comments or revisions.
- If the document already contains older comments, add a new comment to confirm that the current display name has been updated.
