1. Set a Preset Paper Size
Entry point: Page tab → Paper Size
- Open the document you want to adjust.
- Click the Page tab.
- Click the Paper Size button.
- Select the size you need from the preset options, such as A4, A3, or No. 5 Envelope.
- Check whether the selected size has been applied to the current document.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The paper size option changes to the selected preset size.
- Next actions: You can continue editing, printing, or exporting the document.
Tips While Using
- Changing the paper size may also change the page layout.
- Before printing, confirm that your printer supports the selected paper size.
2. Set a Custom Paper Size
Entry point: Page tab → Paper Size → Custom Paper Size
- Open the document you want to adjust.
- Click the Page Layout tab.
- Click the Paper Size button.
- Select Custom Paper Size.
- Enter the custom width and height in the dialog box.
- Click OK to apply the setting.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The document page size updates to the width and height you entered.
- Next actions: You can continue reviewing layout, printing, or exporting the document.
Tips While Using
- Make sure the custom size matches your actual output paper specification.
- If printing results are not correct, also check the paper settings in the printer configuration.
