Why can’t I find the Paper Size option?

  1. Make sure the document is open and tap Edit in the lower-left corner to enter editing mode.
  2. Tap Tools, then switch to the View tab.
  3. Look for Paper Size in the view-related options.
  4. If you still do not see it, update WPS Office to the latest version and try again.

Can I use a custom paper size?

  1. The iOS version currently provides preset paper size options.
  2. You can directly choose common standard sizes such as A4, A3, and B4.
  3. If you need to enter a custom width and height, complete that setup in the desktop version and then continue editing the document.

Why did the layout change after I changed the paper size?

  1. A paper size change affects page width, page height, and page breaks.
  2. Images, tables, the table of contents, and paragraphs may be rearranged when the page format changes.
  3. After the change, review headings, image positions, and page breaks page by page before saving or sharing the document.
