- Click the View tab at the top of the window.
- Click Multi-Page.
- The current window displays multiple pages at the same time.
- The number of visible pages changes with the window size and current zoom level.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: Multiple page thumbnails appear in the document window.
- What you can do next: You can continue scrolling through the document or adjust the zoom level.
- No side effect: The document content and formatting stay unchanged.
Tips While Using
- Multi-Page View is more suitable for checking overall layout than for detailed line-by-line editing.
- The number of visible pages is affected by the current window size.
2. Adjust the Zoom Level
Entry path: Status bar → Page zoom
- Keep the document open.
- Find the zoom control on the status bar at the bottom of the window.
- Reduce the zoom level to display more pages in the window.
- Increase the zoom level to display fewer but larger pages.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The page display scale changes.
- What you can do next: You can continue browsing at the current scale or switch to another view.
- No side effect: Only the current viewing scale changes, not the actual document layout.
Tips While Using
- If the zoom level is too small, page content may become difficult to read.
- For a more suitable multi-page preview, adjust the zoom level together with the window size.
3. Return to Single-Page View
Entry path: View tab → Multi-Page
- In a document that is already in Multi-Page View, click the View tab.
- Click Multi-Page again.
- The document returns to single-page view.
- Continue reading or editing the document in a single-page layout.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The window returns to a single-page display.
- What you can do next: You can continue editing, scrolling, or switching views.
- No side effect: The document content and formatting remain unchanged.
Tips While Using
- If the single page still looks too small, continue adjusting the zoom level from the status bar.
- View switching affects only the current window display.
