FAQ

Why do I see many symbols after turning markup on?

  1. These symbols are formatting marks such as paragraph marks and spaces.
  2. They help you review document structure and layout.
  3. Click Show/Hide Editing Marks again if you want to turn them off.

Will markup symbols be printed?

  1. These marks are mainly used for on-screen editing review.
  2. Under normal printing, they are not printed as document content.
  3. You can hide them before opening print preview if you want a cleaner view.

Why do collaborators and I see different markup states?

  1. Markup display is a view setting.
  2. Each user can choose whether to show or hide the marks.
  3. This does not change the actual document content.
