1. Show or Hide All Marks
Entry: WPS Writer View tab → Show/Hide Editing Marks button
- Open a WPS Writer document on your Mac.
- Click the View tab at the top of the window.
- Click Show/Hide Editing Marks.
- After it is enabled, all formatting marks appear in the document.
- Click the same button again to hide all marks.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: paragraph marks and other editing marks appear or disappear in the document.
- What you can do next: continue editing, proofreading, or reading the file.
Tips While Using
- These marks are mainly for checking formatting during editing and do not change the document text itself.
- If the screen looks too busy, click the button again to return to a cleaner view.
