Why can’t I see where other collaborators are editing?

  1. Confirm that the current document is in online collaboration mode.
  2. Check whether the network connection is stable.
  3. Make sure other members are currently editing the same document.
  4. Reopen the document and check the editing area again for highlighted positions and synchronized cursors.

Where can I usually find collaboration records and version history?

  1. Open a collaborative document.
  2. Look for the collaboration-related area in the interface.
  3. Check the menu bar or collaboration information area for collaboration records and version history.
  4. Open the entry to review past versions and member activity records.
  1. Go to the exact content you want to discuss.
  2. Right-click to open the shortcut menu.
  3. Select Share Link to This Position.
  4. Send the generated link to another collaborator so they can jump to that location quickly.
