Entry point: Insert tab → Shapes, or a related insertion entry on the Home tab
- Open the document that you want to edit.

- Release the mouse to finish inserting it.

2. Edit Shape Styles
Entry point: Select a shape to show the floating toolbar or related Object Editing options
- Click an inserted shape in the document.
- Open the related
Object Editingoptions. - Set the
FillandOutlineproperties. - Adjust
Text Boxalignment or auto-fit settings as needed. - Add available effects such as shadow or glow when needed.
- Drag the control points to change the shape size, line direction, or curve.
