Why can't I find the Image entry on my iPhone or iPad?

  1. Make sure you have opened an editable text document.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom, then switch to the Insert tab.
  3. Look for the Image entry in the insert tools.
  4. If it still does not appear, update WPS Office to the latest version and reopen the document.

Why can't I insert images from my album or camera?

  1. Open the iOS Settings app.
  2. Find the permission settings for WPS Office.
  3. Allow photo access, and also allow camera access when using the camera option.
  4. Return to the document and try Tools → Insert → Image again.

What is the difference between Recent images and Document images?

  1. Recent is used to quickly choose image files that were opened recently.
  2. Document is used to browse local files or cloud storage locations before selecting an image.
  3. If you used the image recently, Recent is usually faster.
  4. If the image is stored in a folder or cloud directory, use Document.

Why do picture materials require membership?
