1. Insert Date and Time
Entry:
- Insert tab → Date
- Home tab → Insert → Date
- Place the cursor where you want to insert the date.
- Click Date on the Insert tab, or click Insert → Date on the Home tab.
- In the drop-down menu, select the date format you want.
- Click the selected format to insert it.
Success Criteria
- The selected date or date and time appears at the current cursor position.
- The document remains editable, and the inserted content can be selected or adjusted further.

2. Set Date Format
Entry: Drop-down menu on the right side of the inserted date control
- Click the inserted date control.
- Click the drop-down arrow on the right side to open the menu.
- Select the date you want to use.
- Select Lunar Calendar to show the corresponding lunar date on the calendar.
- Select Insert Lunar Date to display the lunar date inside the calendar control.
- Select Set Time to display the selected time inside the calendar control.
- Click Modify Calendar Format and choose a preset calendar format.
- Click another area in the editor to update the date control.
Success Criteria
- The date control updates based on the selected settings.
- The lunar date, time, or preset format changes are visible in the control.
