1. Insert a Blank Page

Entry point: Tools > Insert > Blank Page

  1. Open the document that you want to edit.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  3. Select the Insert tab.
  4. Tap Blank Page.
  5. A new blank page is inserted at the current position.

2. Confirm the Blank Page Was Inserted

Entry point: Review the document immediately after insertion

  1. After you insert the blank page, scroll up or down in the document.
  2. Check whether a full blank page appears at the insertion position.
  3. Tap the blank page area and confirm that the cursor can enter the page for continued editing.

  • UI state: A separate blank page appears at the insertion point.

  • Common mistakes: In a long document, the view may not stay at the target position after insertion, so scroll to confirm the result.

3. Delete an Inserted Blank Page

Entry point: Enter editing on the blank page and remove the related page content or break position

  1. Find the blank page that you inserted.
  2. Tap near the top of the blank page or another editable position on that page to enter editing mode.
  3. Use the delete key to remove the content or page break position that keeps the blank page in place.
  4. Confirm that the blank page has been removed from the document.

  • UI state: The blank page disappears and the surrounding content reconnects.
  • Next actions: You can continue editing, saving, or sharing the document.
