How-to Guide

1. Crop Image

Entry: Enter editing mode → Select an image → Tap Crop

  1. Tap Edit in the lower-left corner to enter editing mode.
  2. Select the image you want to adjust.
  3. Tap Crop from the floating toolbar, the function area, or Tools → Picture.
  4. Drag the image edges to adjust the kept area.
  5. Tap Save in the upper-right corner to finish.

Success Criteria

  • The visible area of the image is updated after cropping.
  • The image can still be moved, arranged, or edited again in the document.

Tips While Using

  • Enter editing mode before selecting the image, or the related entry may not appear.

2. Image Editing

Entry: Enter editing mode → Select an image → Tap Image Editing

  1. Tap Edit in the lower-left corner to enter editing mode.
  2. Select the image you want to adjust.
  3. Tap Image Editing from the floating toolbar or the function area.
  4. Choose image adjustment, annotation, or repair options as needed.
  5. Tap Save in the upper-right corner to finish.

Success Criteria

  • The image is updated based on the selected edits.
  • You can return to the document and review the result.

3. Image Text Extraction

Entry: Enter editing mode → Select an image → Floating toolbar Text Extraction

  1. Tap Edit in the lower-left corner to enter editing mode.
  2. Select the image that contains the text you want to extract.
  3. Tap Text Extraction on the floating toolbar.
  4. Tap Start Extraction.
  5. Review the recognized result, then copy or export it if needed.

Success Criteria

  • Text from the image is shown as a recognized result.
  • You can continue by copying the text or exporting a document where supported.

Tips While Using

  • AI extraction and document export are membership-related.
  • Clearer images usually make the recognized result easier to review and organize.

4. Image Translation

Entry: Enter editing mode → Select an image → Floating toolbar Image Translation

  1. Tap Edit in the lower-left corner to enter editing mode.
  2. Select the image you want to translate.
  3. Tap Image Translation on the floating toolbar.
  4. Wait for the translation to finish.
  5. Copy the translated content or export it to Word if needed.

Success Criteria

  • A translated result is generated and visible.
  • You can continue by copying or exporting the result.

Tips While Using

  • Image Translation requires membership.
  • A stable internet connection is recommended.

5. Replace Image

Entry: Enter editing mode → Select an image → Floating toolbar Replace Image

  1. Tap Edit in the lower-left corner to enter editing mode.
  2. Select the image you want to replace.
  3. Tap Replace Image on the floating toolbar.
  4. Choose a new image from the camera, photo library, or image library.
  5. Confirm the replacement result.

Success Criteria

  • The original image is replaced with the new one.
  • The image position and follow-up editing entries remain available in the document.

  • Using stock library images is membership-related.
  • After replacement, check whether the page layout needs adjustment.

6. Delete Image

Entry: Enter editing mode → Select an image → Tap Delete

  1. Tap Edit in the lower-left corner to enter editing mode.
  2. Select the image you want to delete.
  3. Tap Delete from the floating toolbar, the function area, or Tools → Picture.
  4. Confirm that the image is removed from the document.

Success Criteria

  • The target image no longer appears in the document.
  • The rest of the document remains editable.

7. Rotate Image

Entry: Enter editing mode → Select an image → Tap Rotate

  1. Tap Edit in the lower-left corner to enter editing mode.
  2. Select the image you want to rotate.
  3. Tap Rotate from the floating toolbar, the function area, or Tools → Picture.
  4. Check whether the new direction matches your needs.

8. Image Wrapping

Entry: Enter editing mode → Select an image → Tools → Picture → Wrap

  1. Tap Edit in the lower-left corner to enter editing mode.
  2. Select the image you want to adjust.
  3. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  4. Open the Picture tab.
  5. Choose a wrapping style such as In Line with Text, Top and Bottom, Square, Tight, Through, In Front of Text, or Behind Text.

9. Image Object Order

Entry: Select an image → Tools → Drawing Tools → Object Order

  4. In Object Order, choose Bring to Front, Forward, Backward, or Send to Back.

Success Criteria

  • The front-to-back order changes when multiple images overlap.

10. Horizontal Image Alignment

Entry: Select an image → Tools → Drawing Tools → Horizontal Alignment

  1. Select the image.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  3. Open the Drawing Tools tab.
  4. In Horizontal Alignment, choose Left, Center, or Right.

  • The image is aligned horizontally as selected.

11. Save Image

Entry: Enter editing mode → Select an image → Tap Save Image

  1. Tap Edit in the lower-left corner to enter editing mode.
