1. Add Text Highlight

Feature entry: Tools > Home > Highlight area

1. Select the text you want to highlight.
2. Tap Tools.
3. Tap the Home tab.
4. In the Highlight area, choose the highlight color you want.
5. If you need more colors, tap the ··· icon on the right.

Success Criteria

• The selected text shows the chosen highlight background color.
• The text content stays unchanged and can still be edited.

Tips While Using

• Select the text first before applying highlight.
• More colors are available from the icon on the right side of the Highlight area.

2. Remove Highlight

Feature entry: Tools > Home > Highlight area

1. Select the text that already has highlight applied.
2. Tap Tools.
3. Tap the Home tab and find the Highlight area.
4. Select No Color (the 🚫 icon) to remove the highlight.

Success Criteria

• The highlight background is removed from the selected text.
• The text returns to a non-highlighted state and can still be edited.

Tips While Using

• If no text is selected first, the highlight may not be removed from the target content.
• No Color removes the highlight effect and does not delete the text.
