2. Use Format Painter Continuously
Entry point: Home tab → Double-click Format Painter
- Select the text that already has the formatting you want.
- Double-click Format Painter.
- When the pointer stays in the brush shape, select multiple target text areas one by one.
- Each selection receives the same formatting.
- Press Esc or click Format Painter again to exit continuous mode.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The pointer remains in the brush shape until you exit.
- Next actions: You can apply the same formatting to multiple text selections in a row.
