Why can’t I find the font color option?

  1. Select the text first.
  2. Tap Tools in the editing interface.
  3. Open the Home tab and look for the color icon A in the Font formatting area.
  4. If the toolbar layout is condensed, swipe across the toolbar to view more options.

Why didn’t the text color change after I selected a color?

  1. Make sure the text was selected before you changed the color.
  2. Try a clearly different color to confirm the change.
  3. Check whether the document or selection is in a restricted editing state.
  4. Save and reopen the document to confirm the formatting was applied.

Why doesn’t the printed document show the color effect?

  1. Preview the document before printing.
  2. Confirm that the printer supports color output.
  3. If you use a black-and-white printer, colored text may appear in grayscale or black.
