How-to Guide
1. Find content
Entry point: Tools → Insert tab → Find and Replace → Find
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Insert tab.
- Tap Find and Replace.
- Tap Find.
- Enter the content you want to find in the input box.
- Tap ← to view the previous match, or tap → to view the next match.
Success Criteria
- The document jumps to the matching text location.
- You can continue moving to the previous or next result.
Tips While Using
- More specific keywords make results easier to confirm.
- If there is no match in the document, the view will not jump to a target location.
2. View all matches
Entry point: Tools → Insert tab → Find and Replace → Find
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Insert tab.
- Tap Find and Replace.
- Tap Find.
- Enter the content you want to search for.
- Tap AI Find All to view all matching content.
Success Criteria
- You can see a full list or grouped result view for the current keyword.
- You can continue checking and locating content from the results.
Tips While Using
- This is useful in long documents when you want to review all hits before replacing text.
- If there are many results, refine the keyword first for a more focused review.
3. Replace content
Entry point: Tools → Insert tab → Find and Replace → Replace
- Tap Tools at the bottom.
- Select the Insert tab.
- Tap Find and Replace.
- Tap Replace.
- Enter the original text in the Find what box and the new text in the Replace with box.
- Tap Replace to replace the current match.
- If you want to process all matches in one step, tap Replace All.
- If you want to continue checking other locations, tap ← or → to switch between matches.
Success Criteria
- The current match is replaced with the new text, or all matches are replaced in batch.
- The document remains editable after the replacement.
Tips While Using
- Before using Replace All, confirm the keyword scope to avoid changing unrelated content.
- For important documents, reviewing matches one by one before replacing all is often safer.
