1. Extract a table and save it as a spreadsheet document
Entry point: Select the entire table → Extract Table on the floating toolbar; or Tools → Table → Extract Table
- Open the document that contains the target table.
- Select the entire table that you want to process.
- Click Extract Table on the floating toolbar.
- If you do not use the floating toolbar, click Tools at the bottom, open the Table tab, and then click Extract Table.
- Click Save as Spreadsheet Document to finish the extraction.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: The app shows the save flow or the result for saving as a spreadsheet document.
- What you can do next: The extracted content can be edited, organized, or shared as a spreadsheet document.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the table is not fully selected first, the entry may not appear.
- Membership: This feature requires WPS Premium.
- Tip: After selecting the entire table, you can also use Shading Color in the bottom feature area to adjust the shading color.
