1. Extract a table and save it as a spreadsheet document

Entry point: Select the entire table → Extract Table on the floating toolbar; or Tools → Table → Extract Table

1. Open the document that contains the target table.
2. Select the entire table that you want to process.
3. Click Extract Table on the floating toolbar.
4. If you do not use the floating toolbar, click Tools at the bottom, open the Table tab, and then click Extract Table.
5. Click Save as Spreadsheet Document to finish the extraction.

Success Criteria

• On-screen result: The app shows the save flow or the result for saving as a spreadsheet document.
• What you can do next: The extracted content can be edited, organized, or shared as a spreadsheet document.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If the table is not fully selected first, the entry may not appear.
