1. Export as an Image from the Efficiency Tab
Feature entry: Efficiency tab → Export as Image
- Open the cloud document you want to export.
- Click the Efficiency tab.
- Select Export as Image.
- In the task pane on the right, set the export method and image format.
- Click Export.
Success Criteria
- The image export settings panel appears.
- An image file is generated after export.
Tips While Using
- Exported image content is not meant for direct text editing.
- PNG is a practical choice when you want clearer text display.
2. Export as PDF from the Efficiency Tab
Feature entry: Efficiency tab → Export as PDF
- Open the cloud document you want to export.
- Click the Efficiency tab.
- Select Export as PDF.
- In the task pane on the right, set the export range and content.
- Click Export, then choose Export as Online PDF or Export to Local.
Success Criteria
- PDF export settings are available.
- An online PDF or local PDF file is created.
Tips While Using
- Check the export range before you confirm the export.
- Make sure the local save location is writable if you export to your device.
3. Export as a Smart Document from the File Operations Menu
Feature entry: File Operations → Export As → Export as Smart Document
- Open the cloud document.
- Click the File Operations button in the upper-left corner.
- Open the Export As menu.
- Click Export as Smart Document.
Success Criteria
- The menu shows the smart document export option.
- The document completes the target conversion flow.
Tips While Using
- Save your latest edits before exporting.
- Keep the network connection active for cloud-based content.
4. Export as Word from the File Operations Menu
Feature entry: File Operations → Export As → Export as Word (.docx)
- Open the cloud document.
- Click the File Operations button in the upper-left corner.
- Open the Export As menu.
- Click Export as Word (.docx).
- Choose a save path and click Save.
Success Criteria
- A local save dialog appears.
- A .docx file is created after export.

- Confirm that the destination folder allows file saving.
- This option is useful when you want to continue editing locally.
5. Export as PDF from the File Operations Menu
