What does the modified time mean in Document Properties?
- Open the target document.
- Open the top-right ≡ menu and select Document Info.
- Check the Modified Time field. It shows the time of the latest saved edit.
How do I check where the document is stored?
- Open the target document.
- Tap the top-right ≡ icon.
- Open Document Info and review the Location field to see whether the file is stored locally or in the cloud.
Why is the author different from the person currently using the file?
- Open the document and go to Document Info.
- Check the Author field.
- If the file came from a template, a forwarded file, or an original file created by someone else, the author information may still show the original creator.
