1. Set table styles
Entry point: Select the entire table → tap Table Properties on the floating toolbar → open the Table Style tab
- Select the table that you want to adjust.
- Tap Table Properties on the floating toolbar.
- If you are not using the floating toolbar, tap Tools at the bottom, open the Table tab, and then tap Table Properties.
- Open the Table Style tab.
- Set the options you need, including first-row fill, last-row fill, first-column fill, last-column fill, banded rows, and banded columns.
- Choose the table style color you want in the preview area.
- Tap OK in the upper-right corner to finish.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The current table shows the selected style and fill effects.
- What you can do next: You can continue editing the table or reopen the Table Style panel to adjust it again.
- No unwanted changes: Other unselected content does not change style at the same time.
