1. Export to PPT from a document page

Entry path: Top menu bar > More > AI Generation & Conversion

1. Open the document you want to convert, then tap More in the top menu bar.
2. Select AI Generation & Conversion > AI Generate Slides.
3. Keep Upload Document selected by default, then tap Generate Now to enter outline preferences.
4. Choose Keep Original, Polish Body Text, or Full Layout in the pop-up window, then tap Generate Outline.
5. After the outline is generated, choose a template or upload your own template, then tap Create PPT.
6. Wait for the generation to finish.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: You can enter the outline preference and template selection flow, and the Create PPT action is available.
• Next action: After generation finishes, you can view the result and continue working on the presentation.

Entry path: WPS home page > AI Slides

1. On the WPS home page, tap AI Slides below the top search box.
2. Select Upload Document, choose the file you want, and tap Generate Now to enter outline preferences.
3. Choose Keep Original, Polish Body Text, or Full Layout in the pop-up window, then tap Generate Outline.
4. After the outline is generated, choose a template or upload your own template, then tap Create PPT.
5. Wait for the generation to finish.
