How-to Guide

1. Export images through Share

Entry: Top menu bar Share → Share as Long Image

  1. Open the document you want to process.
  2. Tap Share in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Share as Long Image from the sharing options.
  4. Choose Combine into Long Image or Output Page by Page.
  5. Adjust Page Number, Background, Watermark, and Bottom Card as needed.
  6. Tap Save to store the generated image locally.
  7. If you want to send it right away, tap Share and choose a destination such as WeChat, WPS collaboration, or email.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can see the preview and export settings for a long image or page-by-page images.
  • Next action available: You can save locally or continue to share.
  • Final confirmation: The image is generated successfully and can be viewed in the target app or local location.

2. Generate images through Export to Image

Entry: Top menu bar More → Export to Image

  3. Select Export to Image in the pop-up panel.

  5. Adjust Page Number, Background, Watermark, and Card as needed.

  7. If needed, tap Share and choose the target destination.
