1. Share as Image
Entry: Top menu bar > Share > Share as Image
- Open the collaborative document you want to process.
- Tap Share in the top menu bar.
- Select Share as Image or Share as Long Image.
- Edit options such as Page Number, Background, Watermark, and Card as needed.
- Tap Save to store the generated image locally, or tap Share to send it through WeChat, WPS Collaboration, email, or another target app.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can see the image-sharing or long-image-sharing settings screen.
- Next action available: You can save the image successfully or continue in the system share panel.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not choose an image-sharing mode first, you cannot enter the image settings screen.
