1. Switch Continuous Page View from the View tab

Entry path: View tab → Continuous Page

  1. Open the document you want to read.
  2. Click the View tab.
  3. Click Continuous Page.
  4. The document is displayed as a continuous sequence of pages without blank gaps between pages.
  5. To exit this mode, click Continuous Page again.

Success Criteria

  • Visual result: pages are shown continuously and the blank gaps between pages are hidden.
  • You can continue to: scroll, read, edit, or adjust zoom.

Tips While Using

  • Continuous Page View does not change the document's actual pagination.
  • This view is especially useful for long-document reading.

2. Switch Continuous Page View from the status bar

Entry path: lower-left area of the status bar → Continuous Page

  1. Open a document and look at the lower-left area of the status bar.
  2. Click Continuous Page to enter continuous page mode.
  3. Click the same button again if you want to return to the previous display mode.

Success Criteria

  • Visual result: the document switches to a continuous page display.
  • You can continue to: read or edit immediately without reopening the ribbon menu.

Tips While Using

  • The status bar entry is convenient if you switch views often.
  • If the window is narrow, first make sure the related status bar controls are visible.

3. Adjust the display scale in Continuous Page View

Entry path: status bar → zoom slider or percentage value

  1. Turn on Continuous Page View first.
  2. Find the zoom slider on the status bar.
  3. Drag the slider to adjust the display scale.
  4. You can also click the percentage value to enter or choose a more suitable zoom level.
  5. Continue reading the document at the new scale.

Success Criteria

  • Visual result: the document is shown at the new zoom level.
  • You can continue to: scroll, read, and edit at the adjusted scale.

Tips While Using

  • Zoom changes only the current display effect.
  • For long documents, choose a scale that matches your screen size and reading comfort.
